Returns
Unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price.
- To start a return, email us at info@sollerenergy.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
- Return postage is not provided. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.
- Items marked final sale, free or promotional items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. If you used a discount code, your refund will reflect the amount you actually paid.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order by emailing us before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled, but it may be eligible for return under this policy.
