Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing Time
We fulfill all orders within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Due to high order volume on launch days and new product drops, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Pre-order items ship once available, by the estimated date shown at purchase.
Delivery Time
Domestic shipping generally takes about 5 business days after your order ships, but may change due to holidays, weather, carrier delays, and other factors. Expedited shipping, when offered, goes into effect after processing and excludes weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Addresses
Sóller Energy is not responsible for any address entered incorrectly by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping charge to resend.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Sóller Energy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been handed to the carrier, and is not responsible for shipping delays after your order has been dispatched. If you have an issue with a delivery, contact us at info@sollerenergy.com and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Heat and Storage
Canned beverages can be affected by extreme temperatures. Please bring deliveries inside promptly and store cans in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Taxes
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
